Cancellation Policy

Customers must cancel 24 hours before appointment.
Customers canceling within 24 hours may be liable for 50%. No- shows are liable for the total of services they miss.

Return Policy

Product exchanges only, within 7 days of purchase with receipt. Products must be unused and unopened.

We pledge to do our best to provide exceptional service, every time.

There are no refunds on salon services. If you have any questions or concerns about the service you received please contact us within a week of your appointment. We will make every effort to adjust your hair as needed, but we require you to return within a week. We appreciate your understanding.
